For any such situations, we have the option to send the alert messages after the regular Schedule sending time.This alert can be as an Email or a Fax or as an automated Call. The settings for the same can be customized in such a way that, we can send Email/Fax/Automated call to one or more client facilities.So that they can send the schedules without much delay. Hence we can return the transcriptions on time and with accurate patient information.
