Input Modules (Dictation)

All of SpectraMedi's input modules are designed to extend dictation services for high- and low-volume dictation environments. These modules are easy-to-implement and easy-to-use.
 

EasyList extends SpectraMedi's transcription services by interfacing with hundreds of health information systems. As a “middle-ware” module, EasyList is used primarily for sending patient details and voice files to SpectraMedi. EasyList can also be used to retrieve transcribed files. EasyList manages and routes appointment or ADT data from your HIS and dictations from PPC Voice. EasyList can make certain demographic data available only to specific providers. To further restrict accessibility, demographics can be grouped based on location or facility. Data entry or data selection by providers, such as job type or work type, can be optionally enabled and enforced. more details

EasyMove extends SpectraMedi's transcription services by securely transferring voice files from hand-held devices and remote dictation systems. Installed in minutes, EasyMove allows you to quickly submit voice files for transcription. EasyMove begins by naming voice files based on your job type, work type, and other parameters. Files are then transferred to SpectraMedi for transcription with the click of a single button. more details

EasyTransfer extends SpectraMedi's transcription services by automatically transferring voice files for transcription from many dictation systems, such as Dictaphone, DVI, Lanier, and Crescendo. Easy to install and deploy, EasyTransfer allows you to leverage your existing dictation system investments while benefiting from SpectraMedi's transcription services. Voice files from your dictation systems are automatically queued and transferred at set intervals. EasyTransfer can also automatically convert file types and merge text with voice files. EasyVoice extends SpectraMedi's transcription services by enabling high-fidelity dictation by telephone. To dictate with EasyVoice, simply dial a local extension if EasyVoice is installed at your location, or use a toll-free number to access an off-site EasyVoice server. EasyVoice supports a number of commercial barcode readers, making patient and provider information input quick and easy. After you complete a dictation, EasyVoice saves the high-fidelity recording and transfers it to SpectraMedi for transcription. more details

EasyLink extends SpectraMedi's transcription services by providing a seamless interface with hundreds of HIS, CIS, and EMR systems. As a comprehensive interfacing tool, EasyLink transfers transcribed files from SpectraMedi to your HIS, CIS, and EMR systems. EasyPrint extends SpectraMedi transcription services by automatically retrieving your transcribed files from SpectraMedi.
